1. From the Apps screen, click Settings.
2. Under Settings, select Accounts & Sync.
3. Select Add Account
4. Select Mail as the type of account.
5. Click the Manual setup button.
6. Enter the requested information and click Next:
- Email Address: the email address of the mail user
- Username: the email address of the mail user
- Password: enter the users password
- Server: enter mail.yourdomainname.com.au
7. Enter the requested information and click Next:
- Username: the email address of the mail user
- Password: enter the users password
- Server: enter mail.yourdomainname.com.au
8. Enter the requested information:
- Account Name: a description of the mail user
- User Name: a name of the mail user
9. Select Finish Setup
